Earthtwine® On High Wire Hooks

Earthtwine® is available on high wire steel hooks pre-wound with compostable indoor twine. The hook and twine combos are used to support plants throughout the growing season.
The hook hangs from the overhead support wire and allows for the growing plant to be gradually lowered, while still being supported. This is achieved by turning the hook at regular intervals to release more twine before the hooks are moved down the overhead wire.
The hook is 220mm (22cm) in length and each hook comes pre-wound with compostable twine, either with or without a free-fall. The amount of twine on the hook and the free-fall can be customised to suit your crop and greenhouse configuration (minimum order quantities apply).

The freefall amount eliminates the need for unwinding the initial amount of twine at the start of the season therefore simplifying and speeding up the installation process.

Suitable for use in commercial greenhouses to guide, layer and support the vines of tomato, capsicums (peppers) and cucumber plants.

Available with our white compostable indoor twine in customisable lengths, with or without a free-fall.
