Earthtwine® MUSA (banana twine) is the latest edition to the range of compostable twines. MUSA is a very heavy duty outdoor twine, specifically developed to support banana trees and it is available in 50kgf, 80kgf and 110kgf tensile strength, specifically developed to support banana trees.
Earthtwine® MUSA (banana twine) is available in a range of colours and is designed to be composted on farm. This eliminates the need for burning used twine in high-risk areas and also prevents used twine from accumulating in soil and on farm waste piles.
Earthtwine® MUSA (banana twine) helps the banana plant to maintain balance and stability, preventing toppling and therefore protecting the stem from damage.
